Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-06-17. Using this site means you agree to the terms below. If something here does not sit right with you, the simplest option is to close the tab; nothing on this site requires you to sign up or hand over payment to read it.
What this site actually is
Foundation Repair Cost publishes a cost calculator and a set of guides about foundation repair pricing. The calculator turns a few inputs, your problem type, the likely repair method, home size, and ZIP code, into a dollar range built from published contractor pricing data and general regional cost patterns. It is a starting point for a conversation with a contractor, not a quote, an appraisal, or an engineering opinion.
No professional or engineering advice
Nothing published here is structural engineering advice, a substitute for an in-person inspection, or a guarantee of what your specific repair will cost. Foundation problems vary by soil, house age, access, and the extent of damage in ways a web calculator cannot see. Before committing to any repair, get an assessment from a licensed structural engineer or a foundation contractor who has actually looked at your house.
Advertising and quote requests
Some links and buttons on this site, including the "Run my estimate" button, connect you with contractor-matching partners. If you request quotes through those links, we may be paid a referral fee. That does not change what you pay the contractor, and it does not influence the cost ranges shown in our calculator or guides.
Other sites we link to
Where a guide links out to a manufacturer, a government resource, or another website, we are not responsible for that site's content or its accuracy once you leave here.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, without any warranty that the figures are complete, current, or error free. We correct mistakes when they are flagged (see our editorial standards page), but we are not liable for decisions made based on an estimate that turned out to be wrong.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Questions go through our contact page.
